Domain Depth First
Every course lead has spent at least five years working inside a domain — not studying it from outside, but applying it under conditions where being wrong has costs.
Pedagogy with Standards
Our instructional designers come from philosophy of education and cognitive science, not from video production. The question is always what produces understanding, not what produces views.
External Adversarial Review
Every course is reviewed by at least two external critics who are given one instruction: find the places where the argument is weaker than it appears. We revise until they can't.
No Growth Team
We do not have a growth team. We have a quality team. The bet is that if the courses are genuinely rigorous, the people who need them will find them. So far, that bet is paying.
